Fight Chix, no more...

As of today, I am no longer sponsored by or associated with Fight Chix in any way.  I disagree with their attempt to become an "edgy" brand.

There brand has changed since I became sponsored by them in 2009. Over the last few months, they have gone a direction I am not supportive of. When they released shirts saying "Sexy as Fuck" and "Trust no bitch" I knew I could no longer represent or support them.

  1. I see what you mean, especially as not only is the slogan offensive, so is the way they've presented it on their site.

Their tag line is "empowering women world wide." I'm confused as to what they thought was "empowering" about the semi-pornographic image of a woman barely wearing their t-shirt coupled with a pair of knickers. That's the kind of thing I would expect to find in a 'lad mag', not a site which purports to be supporting women in MMA.

  2. That is creepy as hell. I'm glad you aren't associated with them. I wouldn't feel comfortable if a guy came into the gym wearing a shirt that said "Sexy as Fuck" nor a shirt that said "Strong as Fuck" or anything that even said anything remotely like that.
